The death toll exceeds 1000 and thousands of people are displaced as flood wreaks havoc across Pakistan

Pakistan has become a victim of floods since June 2022. However, despite warnings, floods continue to wreak havoc across Pakistan due to climate catastrophes.

Most cities of Sindh, Balochistan, and KP are inundated with flood water. As a result, hundreds of infrastructures have been destroyed, including houses and commercial buildings (Hotels, etc.)

More than 1000 people have died so far, and the number of people displaced is in the thousands as the flood washed the villages. The government of Pakistan has declared a National Emergency to protect people with the help of the Army, which has begun the rescue operation to save stranded people.

In these challenging times, it is required to help the people as they plead for help. Therefore, Pakistan’s government has initiated a ‘Prime Minister relief fund’ program amidst the flood; it has created an account and SMS donation service for the people to donate to the flood victims.
