Flood Safety Tips
Floods have been devastating for the people of Pakistan. Floods have ravaged the infrastructure from Sindh to KP, particularly in Sindh and Balochistan. Over 1000 deaths have been reported, with hundreds of thousands displaced after the floods wreaked havoc.
Follow the precautions below to survive in Floods:
1: Flood safety measures
2: Take flood warnings seriously
3: Don’t build houses or hotels near or in flood-prone areas
4. : switch off the main switch to avoid electrocutions or explosions
5: if you’re advised to evacuate, don’t hesitate to find a location to shelter and only return as per authorities’ instructions
6: Avoid driving during floods where you can lose control, and the car can be drowned
